Jeffrey Edwards

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr Edwards is a technologists, with a passion for innovations that positively impact of on people’s lives.

He spend the last 19 years developing and out-Licencing new technologies in Topical and Trans-dermal Drug Delivery.

His innovations and patented IP were Licenced to Proctor & Gamble, the world’s large Consumer Goods company to enhance the performance of a number of P&G’s global brands in the Beauty and Grooming Sector.

Mr Edwards has also run collaborative research programs with GSK, Pfizer, Reckitt Benckiser and Estee Lauder.

Dr Christopher Quirk

Chief Dermatologist
Dr Christopher Quirk, MB,BS FACD is an experienced Australian dermatologist working in private practice in Ardross,WA and at St John of God dermatology in Subiaco, Western Australia. Previously he was head of department at Royal Perth Hospital and is a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.

He is a founding member or the WA melanoma advisory service.
He has lectured regularly to the profession and medical students.

In the past he has conducted dermatology research and sat on advisory boards for a number if international pharmaceutical companies.

Glyn Denison

Chief Financial Officer
Mr Denison is an experienced Business Management expert, who consults to a wide range of governmental, industry and private business groups.

Mr Denison holds a bachelor of Engineering (University of Western Australia) and an MBA (Curtin University, Western Australia).

He serves as Chairman and Company Director of several Australian stock exchange listed and unlisted private companies.

Professor Francis McGlone

Consulting Neuroscientist
Professor Francis McGlone is a neuroscientist primarily interested in the somatosensory system.

His primary area of research is characterising the role of afferent c-fibres in humans.

He is currently Professor in Neuroscience in the School of Natural Sciences and Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, visiting professorship at Liverpool University, from 2000 – 2008, Special Professor at the Sir Peter Mansfield Magnetic Resonance Unit (SPMMRU), Nottingham University, and from 2012 – 2015 and Eminent Visiting Professor at the Medical School, University of Western Sydney, Australia.
